Anyone see todays paper? Scanned over on the NAC rag, lord to behold that Main Street bitch said: Tap-in fees should be waived to bring them into current compliance. This project adds such a positive impact to the city overall that there's no sense in charging for tap-ins.

Then she goes on to say: Tap-in fees were waived for the 600-900 blocks of East Main when it was discovered most of us were not even on a sewer line, and this has occured elsewhere on the city too.

Let's just let everyone have free hook-ups, no one has to pay their unpaid parking tickets, property taxes and/or late sewer bills.
