EXPLANATION AS TO POSTS (1 of 3)

After scanning the original Executive Order into Blogger it became evident the viewer would not be able to read the information as it's too light.  The reader will be able to discern the date and signature.

Another posting reflects the document without the date and signature because the scanner could not interpret "handwritten" information.

Thanks for the proof.

Good job, KT. I agree with 7:18. Appreciate the proof (not that anyone doubted it). GAHAN has much to answer for. ENGLAND is a has-been hack. Get rid of all of them!

Tongue firmly implanted in cheek said...

I didn't see it before, you are right it is all Gahan's fault...Thanks for all your hard work Kitchen Table

Tongue not in cheek said...

No one in their right mind thinks it's all Gahan's fault. It's England's fault. He signed the document. The buck stops with England.

However, Gahan has some culpability here. He has not stood up against the pressures of the "Inner Circle." The thugs have him in their control because he doesn't have the balls to stand up and do the right thing and clean house. You can see that he was in some agreement with this, even if only due to pressure, because he knew about it and didn't do a thing about it until the news leaked out.

But whose fault is it? Douglas B. England.

I guess, by 5:o9's logic, No one in their right mind comments on this block

Anonymous said...

Yes he found out the last week of december and should have done something about it the first week of january. He was three weeks late.

Anonymous said...

Much easier to forgive a new mayor being slow to fix this than to forgive the old mayor for the original incident.

Anonymous said...

OMG, thank you Kitchen table for putting this out there.

Here's a question for you:

WHY ARE WE PAYING 90% OF ANYONE'S HEALTH INSURANCE AFTER THEY NO LONGER WORK FOR THE CITY? UNION OR NO UNION, WHEN THEY'RE NOT WORKING FOR THE CITY OF NEW ALBANY, THEY NEED TO CUT THE UMBILICAL CORD.

Anonymous said...

My question would be why England simply didn't unionize City workers so they could all be covered? Duh.

Anonymous said...

No. When you're done working for a business or city, you shouldn't be covered by insurance, paid for by their profits or taxpayers. No. That's wrong. There should be no union benefits like that either. If that's what unions do, then I agree with Right To Work. I really haven't known much about it, but I know that unions are kind of bullies. I own a small business. If I had union employees with a contract that included this one the city has, then some guy who's been working for me for ten years but leaves and goes to another union shop would have ME paying for his insurance for the REST OF HIS LIFE!?! No. That's not even reasonable in any way. Sounds to me like the city union is trying to rip people off. And if you actually think the city SHOULD be paying for England's healthcare for life, you're as much into what the other side calls "entitlements" as they say you are.

You can say that again

OMG! Delete some, would ya?

Hey 7:29, you type to much

Anonymous said...

ok 7:29. and while you consider decreasing benefits, can someone get rid of the agent culpepper cooper? he is the biggest rip off because the more groups of people he conned England to add to the insurance = city council/'people for life' then he always has his foot in the door making money for life. he's a taxpayer ripoff. taxpayers unite and fire the waste!

the city really needs to KNOW who they choose to do business with.
culpepper's contract can end immediately with the signature of Gahan -- what are you waiting for, Gahan? all the other cities have fired culpepper -why havent you? has culpepper conned you into drinking his koolaid? he rips off the city for millions - throw him out!

Anonymous said...

yea that culpeper contract needs to be cancelled. it was pushed through at the last minute by the bow last year. kaye garry who thought she would be getting health insurance for life voted for it. check the bow minutes online yourself for you non believers.

mr. Gahan, cancell that contract!

Sounds like Vicki really made an a** of herself at tonight's meeting. Pitiful!

The Copperhead said...

I am keeping a watchful eye upon y'all.

Anonymous said...

7:17, were you there? Didn't think so. I was.

Anonymous said...

Wasn't Vicki that made an a** of herself. That prize goes to city attorney Stan Robison. After the meeting, out in the hallway, I saw some REAL fireworks. Robison said "FU" to Matt Lorch and shoved him. Diane Benedetti got involved and I was glad she (and others) wasn't slugged. Vicki did great except she should watch her cursing. Blair was right to call her out on that, but I left feeling like she didn't say everything she was planning to. Unsuprising revelation about Gibson's income and benefits.

Anonymous said...

Stan needs to GO. NOW.

Anonymous said...

Gahan, fire Robison immediately.

Anonymous said...

8:26 I totally disagree. Your attack on Mrs. Denhart is not fair or just. After what I saw in the hall Mr. Blair needs to worry more about Stan calling Lorch or anyone else a M/F then Mrs. Denhart telling the council how 'pist' off people are. Count me as one of them, also. I heard worse standing in the outer hall before the meeting. Keep up the great work Mrs. Denhart. I support your technique, tell it like it is approach 110%.

Anonymous said...

I didn't say that Ms. Denhart made an a** of herself, I was replying to 7:17 that it WASN'T Vicki who made an a** of herself. Read carefully.

Stan's conduct was inexcusable. He needs to go.

Vicki would do well to make better word choices, but I approve 110% of what she said. People make fun of her, but it's unfair and takes focus away from where it needs to be. We NEED Vicki Denhart, and I am vocal in my support of her efforts whenever I can.

THE TRUTH said...

Vicki had so much left to say but it was time for another smoke break

Anonymous said...

wow the city attorney shoves the council attorney, now thats a new legal tactic. Where were you lameduck gahan?

Anonymous said...

Mr. so called truth why don't you use your real name, Rog? BTW, I was there and she never left the room. She's got my support too.

Next...

Anonymous said...

6:09 FYI Gahan was hiding in his office. He heard Denhart, Price and Burke was there he was smart to not come out.

Kuddos to Denhart, Price, Knable and Burke.

Anonymous said...

Stan may have been the biggest a** of the night, but potty-mouth Vicki also made an a** of herself. She would have been so much more effective without the cursing.

Anonymous said...

the city attorney shoving the council attorney, lameduck gahan should fire him if he had any leadership character at all but what the hay I hear he is hiring his daughter's boyfriend for flood control

Anonymous said...

Hahahaha. I knew it wouldn't take long for Stan to blow his stack.

Anonymous said...

6:57 He starts today.

Anonymous said...

I still say, people would pay for what Denhart knows. Sit back folks and watch there'a more to come.

ROFLMAO

Anonymous said...

gahan hires his daughters boyfriend and if he becomes his son in law thats nepotism lameduck, boy you sure are the biggest disgrace ever to sit in that mayor's chair

Anonymous said...

so did they teach shoving and cursing in law school Stan?

Anonymous said...

your blog is a thing of the past rog ole boy, why do you not report the shove fest last night? could it be stan is one of your beer buddies?

Anonymous said...

Mrs. Denhart is to be applaud it takes courage to do what she did and does. I like her new approach to civic engagement. Citizens For Accountiabilty is to be applauded for their contribution.

Anonymous said...

One thing is definitely true. Ms. Denhart is looking out for the citizens. Before all this came out, we went blithely along, never knowing we were paying 90% of England's insurance for LIFE. Now we hear how he insured the whole Gibson family while Gibson was a CONTRACT EMPLOYEE???????

This nonsense HAS to stop. I don't care if Ms. Denhart used curse words (and I don't know which one(s) she used), but it's still not as bad as what England did. He probably screwed us over and over and over again while we sat here blogging in ignorance.

Sickening.

Anonymous said...

fire stan robison and shane gibson

Anonymous said...

I must say: Mrs. Denhart is 2 for 2. It would be well worth it to let her loose on the third floor can you imagine what she could find out.

Anonymous said...

whats this crap about gahans daughters boyfriend in charge of flood control now?

Anonymous said...

whats next gahan you putting your brother in charge of the sewer and wastewater? Hell you guys are worse than the kennedy's werent they irish catholics too?

Anonymous said...

Get ready folks Gahan is going for the LOIT and a Wheel Tax.

Anonymous said...

Hasn't he ran out of family members yet?

Anonymous said...

Anyone hear about Gahan hiding in his office last night? He's not about to go up against Denhart, Price and Burks.
What a chicken shit.

Anonymous said...

yeh he lets stan the shover robison do his fighting for him

Anonymous said...

Too funny.

Anonymous said...

what kind of irish catholic is gahan that hides and lets somebody else fight for him, damn he's even a phony on his heritage.

he probably drinks yellow beer on st paddys day to go with his yellow belly

Anonymous said...

You need to give the guy a chance, he's a new mayor.

Anonymous said...

new mayor same old dirty politics, lameduck gahan needs to resign

Anonymous said...

Given what y'all were promising here, I certainly was expecting something with a little more substance...not what was regurgitated from these blog posts. Guess it's kind of like the tapes, eh?

I'm not convinced you folks here are any better than your common lynch mob of the 1800s.

Of course, I'm not convinced that Gahan is mayor of the century, either. But, I'll give him a chance...and will laugh when the lynchers end up stabbing each other with pitchforks, because that's how loyalty runs with you all.

Anonymous said...

Plezzzzzzz....

Anonymous said...

If you are not outraged by what England tried to do to the people of NA then you need to move. Please.

Anonymous said...

I'm sure that Gahan was way scared of all those people that spoke last night.

maybe they will run in the election in three and a half years, They all did so well last year

Anonymous said...

8:21, you ever run for anything or even put your name to a thought? Then shut-up. Oh, hope Blair doesn't scold me.

Anonymous said...

Blair was silly to interrupt Vickie the other night. It was stupid to be offended at the word "pissed." Big fat hairy deal. People say a lot worse than that in my office every day and people don't get all crazy about it.

Anonymous said...

blair is a gutless wonder wannabe, handpicked by gahan

Anonymous said...

True that, 6:05 and 7:41.
