It is quiet on here today.

I am glad Jeff won. I think he will do a good job.

I am sad that Vicki Denhart did not get just 13 more votes. Wish she had.

I don't want to see any more mean, angry posts on here or anywhere about who beat who. We are supposed to be Democrats, one party, together.

Dont hold your breath 11:10. the ugliness of the people of this city will prevail

Yes. There's plenty evidence of that, 11:33.

The underdog beat the monied favorite. Plenty to like in that.

Yes, plenty to like in that. Plenty not to like with Dan Coffey.

But, the Republicans still have something to say.

The comments on the Courier Journal's websight about the Mayor's fiasco Saturday night speaks volumes, especially the quote about if someone had videotaped it with their cellphone. I still want to know why it took two hours to resolve the situation.

I also want the ISP to know we need their presence. The ISP were pulled over on the right side of Market by the Farmer's Market. The car came whizzing through and ran the red light. Improper lane change my a**.

Evidently not a lot of people seem to care. I don't drink and drive. Some choose to do so but they don't have the right to drive. Why didn't they call Todd Bailey and get him to drive them home in the first place?

Why was the fire department there on "standby"? This story is ugly and makes New Albany look bad. Unreal. If it had been you or I we would have been in jail so fast our heads would have snapped.

I don't understand this primary system at all. The GOP isn't required to have people in the primary, they just wait to see who wins the Dem primary and then select people to run against them? Why don't we scrap the primary system altogether and let the parties decide who they want to run in caucus and submit names by June 30th? The way the GOP is doing it seems pretty damn lame to me, but since Dave Matthews runs it, it shouldn't surprise me.

Yep. Good point.

The dems would do the same4 if the shoe was on the other foot.

The Leo came out and has a great article on Hugh E. Birs. Listed under the 2011 Nightlife Guide. Check it out!

Man, that's a cool article. The "Cheers" kind of place. I like the part where they are keeping everyone healthy with Bud Lite instead of the regular Bud. They are funny.

Guess most of the Republicans had to vote Democrat to be able to vote for Stumler (the undercover Republican). Didn't help them though.
Congratulations Jeff!!!

Anybody see Nash's article today. Such a hypocrite just like Baylor and Smith.

Anonymous said...

No, it's not phony. Everyone knows Nash is just a Fluffinstuff groupie. Everyone knows that Fluffinstuff rides around town in those sexy shorts. It's all sincere enough, Nash's cycling.

Anonymous said...

I bet they all have parties in their short shorts and drink swill.

welcome to new albany said...

Seriously, Dont you people have anything better to do than make anonymous attacks against everyone in town? Is this a blog, or a preschool?

Anonymous said...

Now Fluffinstuf wants to haul his swill on his bike. What a site this will be!

Thats just how I roll homies. kicked back, chillaxed and rockin the blunt.

Gahan knows who help get him elected. CFA, Kochert, Price, Denhart and the Republicans.

Just ask him!

First time here and this is quite an unusual little blog...Rockin the blunt? Not sure this is quite what I was expecting or looking for. Is this blog basically just a democrat sponsored site for bycle riding homies who ride up to the store and get their beer and then back home where they then kick back together in their short shorts and throw back a few while rocking the blunt?

Anonymous said...

Yes. And fake Republicans who want to be hip and cool with the brewster.

Happy Mothers Day to all. Except the MF on ank Street.

Anonymous said...

Ooops I meant Bank Street.

Somebody has way too much time on their hands when they can take the time to crop pictures of a council member and post them on their blog. The childish behavior of some old adults never ceases to amaze us. The wife must not be providing enough attention again.

Happy Mother's Day To All!

We all know who he meant on Bank Street too. ROFLMAO

10:57, you got that right. Five years from now [he] still will be attacking Price, Clere, Denhart, King Larry and all the others on his SO CALLED 'hate' list.

Believe me that jerk is high on a lot of peoples list.

Denhart had the best looking signs, ran the cleanest campaign, had NO signs in the right away, but the dead people IN the highrise voted again.

I smell a recount.

Happy Mother's Day.

Glad to see Heavrin on the Bridge Project. That Brewhouse guy better watch it, old Ted shoots first an asks questions later. If you get my drift. Any one with an ounce of sense knows not to mess with Ted.

Anonymous said...

Happy Mommy's Day to all.

Doesn't matter if I like Ted or not. Doesn't matter what I think. The last comment is kaput. Why do you have to be so rude and crude? Oh, wait a minute - it's your nature.
