VOTE!

GO VOTE!

  1. I like Ed Clere a lot. I was going to vote for him, but for some reason last night decided to review his voting record. Unfortunately, he has voted opposite me on many different issues that I hold dear.

So, do I vote for someone because I like him and find him to be of moral fiber, even though I disagree on key issues? Or, are the issues themselves so important that they supersede the rest? Interested in your anonymous thoughts.

  2. I love these Democrats who blindly support Obama even though they know he's failed. No second chances or do overs. Think for yourself people; what do think he's going to do better over the next four years? Nothing. His agenda is to destroy this country and all true Americans who built it; not liberal, socialist sheltered fools.

  3. We need moral fiber! Without it look what happens. All one has to do is look at this city.

  4. I still wonder what happened to the post doubting Clere's ties with Murdock. Did the big bad bully threaten you?

  5. See, that's where your're wrong, poster #2. Those of us voting Obama today feel that there was no way ANYONE could have done much differently. For me, things are much better than they were- and I attribute that to Obama. I'm solidly middle class, no reliance on gov't programs.
The socialist thing is a buzzword that's been tossed around so much it really has no meaning anymore.
I don't see how anyone could vote for Romney, but I'm not here calling you an idiot either.

  6. 7:38 we dont doubt that you are unable to comprehend anything else. Some of us are able to see in a wider spectrum. Besides you were not being called and idiot, just a fool!

  7. Dear Democrats,
Please keep the rioting to a minimum tonight's election. Remember, the best revenge is your vote.

  8. Obama is against the middle class. Anyone can see he's out for third world countries and muslams more than every day Americans.

  9. The little people are so cute when they can't read or write correctly, especially when they're always the ones that are the Romney voters. They're uneducated and they can't help themselves. How cute is that?

Our vote doesn't matter for the President anyway. Your electoral vote is all that matters. Your district could be all democrat and your electoral voter could vote republican. All this voting crap only applies to the local races. But most uneducated people don't realize that. All you have to do is remember the race against Al Gore and George Bush. Al Gore received more votes that George Bush but Bush won the electoral vote and won the election. How soon we forget.

Glad to see that Councilman Phipps is so careful with the taxpayers' money. The City has always had the means to fix those problems and have chosen not to do so.

We, the people, elect these clowns to operate government in an efficient manner, yet here they sit, telling us they want to do it the least efficient way.

The truly sad part is the 'urban kids' that Phipps claims to want to help will be the most hurt by this split.

    Next election, friends, next election

  15. The city did fix the problem last night and look how much you all are griping. The county has not fulfilled its obligations and you are mad at the city. Go figure!

1:50. Those people that are complaining live in the county and their parks are about to fall into a Wasteland with no money to clean it up. I can see the tears hitting the groung already.

  17. Mark Konty doesn't live in the city, he lives in the county so he can't even vote for Phipps.
